Where we ship

We ship within the United States only, and checkout will not accept an address outside it. If you are overseas and would like a parcel, do write to us. We cannot promise anything, but we would like to know the demand is there.

What it costs

Shipping is a flat $8 per order, and free once your order reaches $75 before shipping and tax. Either way, the rate you pay is shown at checkout before you confirm anything.

How long it takes

Allow three to five business days from your order to it being handed to the carrier. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting public holidays.

After that, delivery usually takes a few more business days depending on where you are. That stretch belongs to the carrier, so treat it as an estimate rather than a promise. We will not guarantee a date we do not control.

Market weekends and busy periods can push the handling window to the far end of that range. If your order is for a particular date, write to us before you buy and we will tell you honestly whether it will make it.

Tracking

You will get an emailed confirmation as soon as you order. Where the service we use provides tracking, we will send that on once the parcel is collected.

Getting your address right

We post to the address you enter at checkout, exactly as you enter it, so do check it before you confirm. Once a parcel is moving we cannot redirect it. If you spot a mistake, email contact@tropesandlore.com straight away. If it has not gone yet, we will fix it.

If something goes wrong

Parcels that arrive damaged, never arrive, or turn out to be the wrong thing are covered by our refund policy.
